2024 Hall of Fame Nominations

MPA is taking nominations for the 2024 class of its Hall of Fame. (Click here to see past Hall of Fame members.)

Anyone can nominate a candidate to be considered for the Hall of Fame. Please see the criteria and other information below.

Qualifications/Criteria:

The individual has made an important contribution and impact to MPA’s mission over time as an instructor, designer, consultant, judge, board member, volunteer, and/or in some other meaningful capacity.  

Length of service should be combined with other areas of achievement for an individual to be considered for selection.  

Here is a list of potential ways that MPA Hall of Fame Members have contributed:

• Influence on the MPA activity 
• Support of MPA educational programs and committees
• Service to MPA Board of Directors
• Depth of service
• Length of service
• Success in program development
• Support to MPA
• Success in improving MPA

If the individual was a performer in MPA, that can be noted but should not be a part of the length of service.

MPA contributions should be first and foremost for the consideration of the individual. The individual's contributions to other marching arts or arts capacities should be noted but not a major factor for consideration.
